부산지부(지부장:이경순) ‘부산 다문화가정 친선교류의 밤’ 행사가 4월 27일, 부산지부 6층에서 평화대사들이 함께 참석한 가운데 열렸다.

특히 이날에는 일본회원 4명이 유카타를 입고 일본 전통춤으로 선보이며 화동의 분위기로 이끌었다.

또한 4월 27일에는 다문화가족 학부모를 위한 ‘사교육비10만원 절약’이라는 주제로 황인춘 강사를 초청하여 교육 강좌를 실시하였다. 북부산. 남부산. 서부산. 동부산지역의 다문화학부모 20명이 참석하여 현 교육제도의 방향성에 대한 질문을 통해 궁금증을 해소하는 시간을 가졌다.

그 외에도 금정구. 연제구. 동래구지부는 4월 6일~7일에는 비영리민간단체와 한국문화예술협회가 함께 하는 문화복지사 자격증 이수를 위한 프로그램 및 교육을 실시하기도 했다.

부산지부 회원들은 바자회 물품으로 모은 의류 10상자를 아프리카 모잠피크 지부에 전달하는 등 크고 작은 활동을 지역에서 전개하고 있다.

Busan Branch

The ‘Busan Multi-cultural Families Friendship Night’ event hosted by the Busan Branch (Branch Leader: Gyeong Soon Lee) was held on April 27 on the sixth floor of the Busan Branch building, attended by members and Ambassadors for Peace.

In particular, four Japanese members dressed up in Yukatas (summer Kimonos) and gave a Japanese traditional dance performance at the event, which created a festive atmosphere.

Also, on the same day, a seminar was held for multi-cultural parents entitled ‘How to reduce the cost of private education by 100,000 won’ with Mr. In Choon Hwang as the invited lecturer. Twenty multi-cultural parents from North Busan, South Busan, East Busan and West Busan districts participated in the seminar. They had a chance to satisfy their curiosity by asking questions about the direction of the current education system.

In addition, on April 6 and 7, Geumjeong-gu, Yeonje-gu, and Dongrae-gu Branches, together with non-profit organizations and the Korean Culture Art Center, hosted an education program.  Upon completion, the participants were awarded with a certificate for cultural welfare work.

Members of the Busan Branch are also carrying out various volunteer service activities in the region, including the collection of ten boxes of clothing through a bazaar to send to the Mozambique Chapter in Africa
