성동지부(지부장:사사끼 유끼꼬) 회원들은 5주가 있는 달의 마지막 월요일은 복지관에서 점심식사 봉사를 꾸준히 하고 있으며, 5월 17일에는 ‘가정의 달’을 맞이하여 개최된 성동구청주최 시상식(건강가정 부부, 어린이, 청소년에게 시상)에서 여성연합 성동지부 총무인 시마부끄로 아끼꼬 회원이 ‘건강가정 부부상’을 구청으로부터 수상했다.

시마부끄로 아끼꼬 회원은 성동다문화가정 지원센터에서 근무하면서 복지관에서 회원들과 함께 봉사했던 실적으로 수상하게 되었다.
 

Seoul Seongdong Branch – Awarded with the ‘Healthy Family Couple Award’

The members of the Seongdong Branch (Branch Leader: Yukiko Sasaki) continue to provide a lunch service at the Welfare Center on the last Monday of months with five weeks. On May 17, the Seongdong District Office hosted an award ceremony (awards given to couples, children and young people from healthy families) in commemoration of the ‘Month of the Family’, and Mrs. Akiko Shimabukuro, Manager of WFWP’s Seongdong Branch, was awarded the ‘Healthy Family Couple Award’ by the District Office.

Mrs. Shimabukuro was presented with the award for working at the Seongdong Multi-cultural Support Center and doing volunteer work at the Welfare Center together with other members.
