강원 평창군지부(지부장: 양영숙)에서는 2012년 4월2일 「참맛 요리교실」을 열었다.

이날 참석한 다문화가정 6명의 회원들은 한국 전통의 물김치를 만들었다. 항상 다문화가정 회원들은 가족들에게 맛있는 한국음식을 만들어 주고 싶은 마음은 가득했지만, 늘 2%부족한 요리 실력을 아쉬워했는데 이번 기회를 통해 한국의 전통요리인 물김치를 가족에게 선보이려 열심히 배웠다. 평창군지부에서는 요리교실을 한 달에 한 번씩 개최 할 예정이다.

Pyeongchang Branch, Gangwon Province, hosts the True Taste Cooking Class

Pyeongchang-gun Branch (Branch Leader: Yeong Sook Yang) of Gangwon Province hosted the 「True Taste Cooking Class」 on April 2nd 2012.

The class was attended by six members from multi-cultural families, and they made the Korean traditional water Kimchi. The members from multi-cultural families had always wished to make delicious Korean food for their families, but there had always been a little something missing from their cooking. The participants, therefore, took this opportunity with enthusiasm to learn how to make Korean traditional water Kimchi for their families. Pyeongchang-gun Branch plans to continue hosting cooking classes once a month.
