전북 남원지부(지부장: 조혜경)는 살림노인복지센터와 운봉읍 신기마을 경로회관, 주천면 평화의 집에서 쑥뜸봉사를 하고 있다.

매주 6~7명의 회원들로 팀을 구성하여 남원지역 노인복지관을 순회하면서 어르신들에게 쑥뜸 봉사활동을 하고 있다.

‘찾아가는 봉사활동’으로 적극적 활동을 전개하고 있는 전북 남원지부는 지역에서 많은 관심과 격려를 받고 있다.

Jeollabuk-do Namwon Branch — Moxa Cautery Volunteer Work at the Welfare Centers for the Elderly

The Jeollabuk-do Namwon Branch (Branch Manager Jo Hye-gyeong) does moxa cautery (moxibustion) volunteer work at the Sallim Welfare Centers for the Aged, Unbong-eup Singi Town Respect-for-age Meeting Hall, and Jucheon-myeon House of Peace. Every week, six or seven members make up a volunteer team and do moxa cautery for elders through tours to welfare centers for the aged in Namwon.

The Nawon Branch is getting much interest and encouragement from the area for its volunteer contribution.
