7월 24일 청소년 분과에서는「엄마와 함께하는 신나는 미술놀이- 나를 사랑해요」라는 주제로 엄마와 초·중생 자녀 83명이 참석한 가운데 충주시지부 강당에서 열렸다.

충주, 단양, 음성 지역 회원과 자녀가 함께 한 이날 행사는 여성연합 활동 영상 시청, 이혜은 청소년분과 위원장의 개회인사로 시작되었다.

정미영 소장(마음산책연구소)의 지도에 따라 참석한 엄마와 아이들은 오전 10시부터 오후3시까지 친밀감 형성 시간으로 카드 뒤집기, 나만의 보물(풍선) 지키기, 인정사정 안 봐주는 뿅망치 얼음 땡, 뽁뽁이에 적은 나만의 암호 등 어른 아이 할 것 없이 모두가 땀에 흠뻑 젖어가면서 감정을 표현해보았다.

또한 조별로 희망나무에 축복의 메시지를 전달하며 서로를 격려하는 시간과 마음정화 하며 우주와 호흡하는 경배로 이날의 모든 일정을 정리하였다.

행사에 참여한 참석자들은 늘 다양한 교육에 갈급한 지역에 찾아와 준 것에 감사하고, 좋은 프로그램을 통해 아이와 함께 놀 수 있었고, 엄마들의 스트레스를 확 날릴 수 있는 즐거운 시간이었다고 소감을 전했다.

Youth Department – Mom and Kids Program

The WFWP Youth Department held a program on the theme "Exciting Art with Mom - We Love Us!" in which 83 elementary and middle school students participated, at the Chungju branch office.

Members and their children from Chungju, Danyang and Eumseong branches attended the event, and the program started with WFWP activity slides and Opening Greetings by the Youth Department Chairperson Lee Haeeun.

Manager Jung Miyeong (Maum Sanchek Research Institute) led the mothers and children through several activities such as "Flipping Cards," "Keeping my Treasure Balloon," "Freeze and Un-freeze with Fake Hammers," "Writing my Own Code on Bubble Wrap" to express their feelings and build intimacy. Everyone enjoyed all of the activities, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

They wrapped up with the exercises, "Encourage Each Other by Sending our Blessings to the Hope Tree," and "Worship by Breathing the Universe and Purifying our Heart."

Participants truly appreciated the program, saying it was the first time they had experienced such diverse and unique exercises. The mothers were very happy to be able to communicate deeply with their children, as well as for the chance to relieve their stress.
