지난 3월 6일 오후2시 전국은행연합회관에서 열린 2013년도 통일운동 최우수단체 및 개인 통일부장관상을 수여식에서 본 연합의 신기화 전 통일분과 위원장(현 남양주시 공동지부장)이 통일부 장관상을 수상 했다.

신위원장은 2003년부터 2013년까지 10여 년간 여성연합의 통일분과 위원장으로 활동하면서 다문화가정 및 청소년 통일교육으로 민간차원의 화해와 협력사업을 수행한 공로를 인정받아 이날 통일부 장관상을 수상하게 되었다.

Former Chair Gi Hwa Shin of the WFWP Unification Committee receives the Minister of Unification Award

At the 2013 Presentation Ceremony of the Minister of Unification Award to the Best Organizations and Individuals of the North-South Unification Movement, held on March 6, 2:00pm at the Korea Federation of Banks Center, Former Chair Gi Hwa Shin of the WFWP Unification Committee (present co-branch leader of Namyangju) received the Minister of Unification Award.

Mrs. Shin has worked as the chairperson of the Unification Committee under WFWP for more than ten years from 2003 to 2013, and in recognition of her contribution in promoting reconciliation and cooperative projects on the private level, through the unification workshops for multicultural families and youths, she was awarded the Minister of Unification Award on this day.
