7월 23일 강남지부는 강남 지역주민 130명을 참석한 가운데 ‘여성의 힘으로 이루는 평화세계’라는 주제로 ‘21C여성지도자포럼’을 삼정호텔에서 개최하였다. 

이날 김금례 사무국장의 사회, 축가, 이선희 지부장(강남)의 환영사, 조육현 교구장(강남)의 격려사, 주혜란 박사의 축사, 문난영 회장의 주제강연 순으로 진행되었다.

성순경 통일불교 법사종총무원장, 이선희 신흥대교수, 천혜인 불심사 주지스님을 비롯한 참석자들은 여성연합에 대하여 새롭게 인식하는 시간이 되었고 문선명 총재님의 사상에 대해 긍정과 갈채를 보낸다는 소감을 전했다.

21stC Women Leaders Forum hosted in the Gangnam Branch

On July 23, the Gangnam Branch hosted the 21stC Women Leaders Forum titled ‘A World of Peace Realized through the Power of Women’ at the Samjeong Hotel, attended by 130 local residents of Gangnam.

The forum was emceed by Director Geum Rye Kim, and the congratulatory song was followed by the welcoming address given by Branch Leader Seon Hee Lee (Gangnam), words of encouragement given by Rev. Yuk Hyeon Cho (Gangnam Region), a congratulatory address given by Dr. Hye Ran Joo, and the keynote speech by President Lan Young Moon.

It was a time for the participants, including Soon Gyeong Seong, Head of the Beopsa Order of Korean Unification Buddhism, Professor Seon Hee Lee of Shinheung College, and Head Priest Hye In Cheon of Bulshim Temple, to gain a new awareness of the WFWP, and they expressed the opinion that they positively received and applauded the ideologies of Rev. Sun Myung Moon.
