충북지부는 지난 4월26일 충북 통일회관에서 충북지부 회원 및 임원 170명이 참석한 가운데 회원 특별교육이 진행 되었다.

라는 주제로 진행된 교육은 김정희 지부장(충북)의 사회를 시작으로 황경성 지부장(증평)의 개회기도, 한순실 팀장(본부)의 2010년 활동보고, 우순화 지부장의 공로표창장 수여, 문난영 회장의 특강으로 진행되었다.

문난영 회장은 “한국을 비롯하여 전 세계 해외지부에서 진행되고 있는 활동내용 전달하면서 지역에서 화합하며 적극참여하자. 또한 올해 유엔 여성이 발족하면서 전 세계가 여성단체들의 활동에 주목하고 있는 시대이며, 2013년을 향하여 여성연합 회원들 또한 활동의 박차를 가하자”강조했다.

이후 직접 준비한 오찬을 함께하며 지금의 시대에 여성연합의 활동 방향성을 돌아보고 우리 여성이 해야만 하는 필수 과제임을 확실하게 깨달은 시간이 되었다고 회원들은 소감을 전하기도 했다.

Chungcheongbuk-do Branch's Executive and Member's Special Training

Chungcheongbuk-do Branch held a special training for members with 170 executives and members on April 26, at the Chungbuk Unification Hall.

The theme was "May You Raise Us Up." The MC was Branch Manager Kim Jung-hee (Chungbuk), Branch Manager Hwang Gyeong-sung (Jeungpyeong) did the opening prayer, WFWP Korea Public Information Team leader Han Soon-sil gave a 2010 WFWP activity report, an award certificate was presented to Branch Manager Woo Soon-hwa, and Pres. Moon gave a special lecture.

Pres. Moon talked about WFWP overseas activities and said "Let's join our local community actively and make harmony with them. This year the UN WOMEN an organization in charge of women’s affairs was started at the UN. The world is now paying more attention than ever to women’s activities, so let's accelerate WFWP activity also for the year 2013."

They then discussed the direction of WFWP activities and offered their reflections during the luncheon.
