전남지부(지부장:손숙희)는 각 지역 상황별로 댜양한 봉사활동을 전개하고 있다.

영암군지부(지부장:시미즈 요오꼬)는 지난 4얼 6일, 2014 영암 왕인문화축제가 열리는 축제장에서 성화학생을 포함해서 9명이 참석하는 가운데 ‘지구가족사랑1%운동’ 활동을 했다. 이날은 회원들과 회원 자녀들 초, 중 학생들이 함께 참석하여 활동하였다.

구례지부(지부장:후지야마 게이꼬)는 ‘지구가족사랑1%운동’에 참여하기 위하여 회원 집에 있는 폐품들을 모아 판매하였다. 이날 모은 수익금은 ‘지구가족사랑1%운동’ 기금으로 전달 할 예정이다.

나주지부(지부장:하은재)는 4월 10일에는 노블랜드 어린이집과 4월 24일에는 이화유치원에서 일본문화 체험수업을 실시하였다. 나주 여성연합은 나주시 어린이집 연합회 회장이 소개로 나주시에 있는 어린이집 전체에서 수업을 할 수 있는 허가를 받았다. 만3세~5세 유아를  대상으로 일본 문화수업을 진행하고 있다.

영광지부(지부장:로사린다 엘 아르세오)는 4월 17일, 군서면에서 회원 7명들이 지역 어르신을 위한 쑥뜸봉사 활동을 했다.

영암지부(지부장:시미즈 요오꼬)는 지난 4월 6일, 왕인문화축제장에서 ‘지구가족사랑1%운동’ 모금활동을 진행했다.  

진도지부(공동지부장:아즈마소노꼬, 용구혜자)는 4월 16일~18일, 진도실내 체육관에서 세월호 침물 사고 가족을 위한 봉사 활동을 했다. 세월호 침몰사고가 일어난지 한 달 지나는데도 아직 실종자를 찾지 못해 지치고 지친 가족들과 구조를 위해 애쓰는 분등을 생각하고 팽목항과 실내체육관을 찾아 준비해 온 생강꿀차를 가족분들에게 드렸다. 20여 명의 사고 실종자 가족분에게 조심스런 마음으로 준비한 차를 전해드렸고 고맙다는 인사 한마디에 회원들은 눈시울이 뜨거워지기도 했다.

보성지부(공동지부장:김양순. 사또 기미꼬)는 4월 3일, 보성여자중학교에서 일본어 학습 봉사를 하고 있으며, 4월 5일과 12일에는 득량면과 인사동 노인회관 주변을 청소 봉사활동을 했다. 

목포지부(지부장:박지원)는 지난 4월 10일과 11일, 목포시에 소재하고 있는 중, 고등학교 4곳의 학생들 650명 대상으로 ‘학교로 찾아가는 올바른 성 가치관 교육’을 실시했다. 순결운동본부 이정현 강사를 모시고 진행된 이번 교육은 평소 사춘기 시절의 청소년들이 잘못 알고 있는 성 가치관에 대하여 올바르게 알려 줄 수 있었고, 생식기는 사랑과 생명, 혈통과 연결될 수 있는 몸 중에서 가장 소중한 곳이라는 것을 알고 많은 학생과 교직원들에게 호응을 받았으며 앞으로도 지속적으로 성가치관 교육을 실시하는 예정이다.

The South Jeolla Branch

The South Jeolla Branch (Branch Leader: Sook Hee Son) is involved in diverse local activities adapted to the different situations of the locales.

The Yeongahm Branch (Branch Leader: Yooko Shimizu) carried out activities for the ‘1% Love Share Project’ at the Festival Hall where the 2014 Yeongahm Wangin Culture Festival was held on April 6. A total of nine members and their children in elementary and middle schools, who are Seonghwa students, took part in the event.

The Gurye Branch (Branch Leader: Keiko Fujiyama) collected and sold used articles from the homes of members to take part in the ‘1% Love Share Project’. The proceeds collected on this day will be donated to the ‘1% Love Share Project’ Fund.

The Naju Branch (Branch Leader: Eun Jae Ha) hosted the ‘Japanese Cultural Experience Class’ at the Nobleland Nursery on April 10 and at the Ewha Kindergarten on April 24. Thanks to the introduction of the President of the Naju City Nurseries and Kindergartens Association, the WFWP-Naju has received permission to give the class in all nurseries in Naju. They are holding the Japanese cultural experience class for preschool children between the ages of three and five.

Seven members of the Yeonggwang Branch (Branch Leader: Rosalinda L. Arceo) performed a moxa treatment service for senior citizens of Gunseoh-myeon on April 17.

The Yeongahm Branch (Branch Leader: Yooko Shimizu) held a ‘1% Love Share Project’ fundraising event on April 6 at the Wangin Culture Festival Hall.

The Jindo Branch (Co-Branch Leaders: Sonoko Azuma, Hae Ja Yonggu) performed volunteer work for the families of the victims of the Sewol Ferry disaster at the Jindo Indoor Gymnasium from April 16 to 18. In their concern for the families, who are tired and sad at the fact that missing persons are still to be rescued, even though it has been a month since the sinking of the Sewol Ferry, and also for those who are working hard to rescue them, the members visited Paengmok Harbor and the Indoor Gymnasium and presented the families with ginger honey tea they had prepared. They served the tea they had prepared to twenty or so members of the families of missing people with care in their hearts, and when the families thanked them, the members were all but moved to tears.

The Boseong Branch (Co-Branch Leaders: Yang Soon Kim, Kimiko Sato) held a Japanese class on April 3 for the students of Boseong Girls’ Middle School. On April 5 and 12, they cleaned the neighborhoods of Deukryang-myeon and the Insa-dong Senior Center.

The Mokpo Branch (Branch Leader: Ji Won Park) hosted the ‘Visiting Workshop to  Teach Right Sexual Values in Schools’ on April 10 and 11 for 650 students in four middle and high schools in Mokpo. The workshop, held under the leadership of Lecturer Jeong Hyeon Lee of the Pure Love Movement Headquarters, was carried out to teach the young people in their adolescence about correct sexual values, usually misunderstood by the young. Upon learning that the sexual organs are the most important parts in the human body, and are directly connected to love, life and lineage, many students and teachers were deeply impressed. The branch plans to continue to carry out the sexual values workshop on a regular basis.
