광주 광산지부(지부장:지영상)는 1월 18일 노세(老世)요양병원에서 21번째 봉사활동을 전개하였다. 이날 회원들은 마사지, 말벗서비스, 손발톱 깎기 등 어르신들을 위해 봉사를 하였으며 여성연합에서 발간하는 월간지 ‘Peace Women' 을 20부를 나눠드리며 홍보하는 시간을 가졌다. 또한 1월 25일에는 광산지부 앞길에서 지역 환경을 위한 청소를 하기도 했다.

광주 남구지부(지부장:후지다 수이)는 매주 일요일 아침마다 남구지부 지역을 2~3명의 회원들이 청소 봉사를 하고 있다

The Gwangju Branch

The Gwangsan Branch(Branch Leader:Yeong Sang Ji) of Gwangju visited the Nursing Home for the Elderly on January 18 to carry out volunteer work for the twenty-first time. On this day, members performed the service of giving its residents massages, holding conversations with them, and clipping their fingernails and toenails, and they also took the chance to do PR about the WFWP by handing out twenty copies of ‘Peace Women’, the monthly newsletter published by the WFWP. In addition, on January 25 they also cleaned the road in front of the Gwangsan Branch to improve the local environment.

Inthe Namgu Branch(Branch Leader:Sui Fujita) of Gwangju, two to three members clean the surroundings of the Namgu Branch building every Sunday morning.
