함안지부는 5월5일 어린이날 함안군 함주공원 「제88회 어린이날 기념행사」에서 다문화 체험 부스를 운영했다.

함안군 자원봉사 단체로 등록된 함안지부는 함안JC가 주최, 후원으로 한 이 행사에 작년부터 참여하고 있으며 올해는 참사랑어머니회 회원과 봉사를 희망하는 일반 자원봉사자들과 함께 진행을 하였다.

체험 부스에서는 일본문화 소개, 유카타 입어보기, 책갈피 만들기 등으로 어린이들에게 일본 문화 체험의 시간이 되었으며, 특히 일본 음식 맛보기에서는 일식 장어덥밥이 870인분이나 나갈 정도로 많은 사람들의 인기를 끌었다.

Gyeongsangnam-do Haman Branch

The Haman Branch ran a multicultural experience booth at the 88th Children’s Day Commemorative Event on May 5, Children’s Day at Hamju Park, Haman-gun.

The Haman Branch, registered in Haman-gun as a volunteer group, has from last year attended the Children’s Day Commemorative Event hosted and sponsored by the Haman Junior Chamber of Commerce. This year the Haman Branch worked with True Mother’s Association and volunteers who like to perform service.

There were several events in the experience booth such as "Introducing Japan Culture", "Try Wearing the Yukata," and "Making Bookmarks." Especially the Japanese food booth was very popular: as many as 870 bowls of eel and rice were sold.
