지난 4월 27일 용인지부(지부장:박복숙)는 용인교회에서 ‘동지부장 및 회원교육’을 열었다. 동지부장과 회원, 평화대사 등 총 88명이 참석한 가운데 이석현 교회장(용인)의 사회로 시작된 교육은 박복숙 지부장(용인)의 환영사, 최영선 사무총장(본부)의 활동 보고, 동지부장 임명장 수여, 문난영 회장의 말씀 순서로 진행되었다. 문난영 회장은 말씀을 통해 회원들에게 여성연합의 대외지위와 전 세계적인 활동을 소개하며, 21C여성의 역할과 어머니에 대하여 당부의 말을 전했다.

이에 참석한 회원들은 세계적인 여성연합 활동내용을 통해 자부심을 가지고 용인지역에서 더욱 활발한 활동과 함께 21C여성지도자포럼과 지부특성화사업에도 적극 참여하겠다는 의지를 전했다. 

The ‘Dong Branch Leaders’and Members’ Workshop’ in the Yongin Branch, South Gyeonggi Province

On April 27, the Yongin Branch (Branch Leader: Bok Sook Park) held the ‘Dong Branch Leaders’ and Members’ Workshop’ at the Yongin Church. The workshop, attended by a total of 88 participants, including dong branch leaders, members, and ambassadors for peace, was opened by the MC, Church Leader Seok Hyeon Lee (Yongin), and the welcoming address was given by Branch Leader Bok Sook Park (Yongin), followed by an activities report by Secretary-General Yeong Seon Choi (Headquarters), the presentation of the certificate of appointment to the Dong branch leader, and a speech delivered by President Lan Young Moon. Through her speech, President Lan Young Moon introduced the global status and worldwide activities of the WFWP to the members, and spoke to them about the role of mothers and of women in the 21st century.

The members who attended the workshop felt proud of being part of the activities being carried out worldwide, and they expressed their resolution to work even harder for the Yongin district, and shared their determination to take an active part in the 21stC Women Leaders Forum and their branch-specialized project.
