음성지부(지부장:유모또 리에꼬)는 2월 9일 음성지부 강당에서 ‘지구가족사랑1%운동’ 바자회를 가졌다. 음성지부 회원들은 의류, 가정 생활용품, 문구, 농산물 등을 준비하여 판매하였으며 바자회를 찾아온 지역주민들에게 ‘지구가족사랑1%운동’의 취지와 여성연합의 홍보하였다.

청주지부(지부장:나가마 유미꼬)는 2월 13일 청주시 사천초등학교에서 글로벌 인재를 육성하자는 목적을 두고 다문화가정 학생 3명에게 세계평화여성연합 청주지부이름으로 장학금을 전달했다.

The North Choongcheong Branch

The Eumseong Branch (Branch Leader: Rieko Yumoto) held a bazaar for the ‘1% Love Share Project’ at the Eumseong Branch lecture hall on February 9.  Members of  the Eumseong Branch prepared and sold articles of clothing, daily necessities, stationery, and agricultural products, and they also presented the objectives of the ‘1% Love Share Project’ and the WFWP to the local residents who came to the bazaar.

The Cheongju Branch (Branch Leader: Yumiko Nakama) presented scholarships to three children from multicultural families in the name of the Women’s Federation for World Peace-Cheongju Branch, for the purpose of nurturing global talent , at Sacheon Elementary School in Cheongju on February 13.
