영등포지부(지부장:유순용)는 영등포구청 여성단체협의회에서는 매년 교복 물려주기 행사로 2월 20~21일 이틀에 걸쳐 영등포 아트홀에서 나눔장터를 개최하였다. 이날 영등포지부 여성연합 회원 8명은 다른 여성단체보다 성실하고 헌신적인 모습을 보이며 정리하고 판매하는 모범적으로 활동에 참가하였다. 또한 영등포지부의 회원들은 매월 2~3회기에 걸쳐 문래동 노인회관에서 해피헬스 봉사를 하고 있으며, 2월에는 13일과 27일에 7명의 회원들이 함께 봉사활동을 했다.

The Yeongdeungpo Branch of Seoul

The Yeongdeungpo Branch (Branch Leader: Soon Yong Yu) took part in the ‘Sharing Market’ held for two days from February 20 to 21 at the Yeongdeungpo Art Hall by the Council of Women of the Yeongdeungpo District Office, which is held every year as an event for handing down used school uniforms. On this day, the eight members of WFWP-Yeongdeungpo who took part in the event showed themselves to be more devoted and dedicated than those in other women’s organizations, and they set an example before others as they put the uniforms in order and sold them. In addition, members of the Yeongdeungpo Branch carry out a Happy Health treatment service at the Moonrae-dong Elders’ Hall two to three times a month, and in February, seven members took part in this volunteer work on the 13th and 27th.
