용인지부(지부장:박보순)는 2월 16일 월례회의를 마친 후 그동안 회원들이 열심히 모아온 폐지를 판매하여 학생들에게 책과 악기를 기증하였다. 2월 19일에는 이동면 천리마을회관과 원삼면 마을회관을 방문하여 봉사활동과 함께 여성연합 활동과 취지를 소개하는 시간을 가졌다.

군포지부(지부장:최순임)는 3월 21일 는 군포시 죽암경로원을 방문하여 어르신을 위한 안마봉사활동을 하였다. 소외 계층인 지역 어르신을 위한 지역 활동을 지속적으로 진행할 예정이다.

The South Gyeonggi Branch

The Yongin Branch (Branch Leader: Bo Soon Park) held their monthly meeting on February 16, after which they sold the used paper that the members had zealously collected and donated books and musical instruments to students. On February 19, they visited the Cheon-ri Community Center of Yidong-myeon and the Wonsam-myeon Community Center to carry out volunteer work, and at the same time, introduce the activities and objectives of the WFWP.

The Gunpo Branch (Branch Leader: Soon Yim Choi) visited the Jookahm Elders’ Hall in Gunpo City on March 21 to carry out a massage service for the elderly. They plan to continue to carry out local activities for the senior citizens who are in difficult circumstances.
