지난 3월 강원지부(지부장:손혜숙)에서 의 일환으로 지진과 쓰나미로 피해를 입은 일본을 돕고자 모금운동을 하였다.

원주지부를 시작으로 철원, 홍천, 고성지부가 각 지역에서 모금 활동은 전개했다.

이에 원주지부는 3일 동안 704,000원, 철원지부는 평화대사와 다문화가정의 자매결연식에서 120,000원을 모금하기도 하였으며, 거리 모금을 한 고성지부와 양양지부는 각 20여 만원, 37만원을 모금하여 가정연합에 기부하였다. 또한 홍천지부도 거리모금에 동참하였다.

Gangwon-do Branch

Last March the Gangwon-do Branch (Branch Manager Son Hye-sook) fund-raised for Japan’s earthquake and tsunami victims as part of a 1% Love Share Project.

The fund-raising started from the Wonju Branch and continued to the regions Cheorwon, Hongcheon, and Goseong in Gangwon.

The Wonju Branch raised 704,000 won in 3 days, Cheorwon Branch raised 120,000 won from a sisterhood ceremony between peace ambassadors and multicultural families, Goseong Branch raised about 200,000 won and Yangyang Branch raised 370,000 won from street fund-raising and contributed to the Unification Church. And also Hongcheon Branch attended street fund-raising.
