통일교육협의회 회원단체 워크샵이 11월3일부터 4일까지 강원 평창 켄싱턴플로라 호텔에서 개최되었다.

총 35개 단체에서 71명의 임원 및 회원이 참석하였으며, 본 연합에서는 홍성순 부회장과 문신자 과장이 참석하였다.

워크숍은 설동근 통일부 통일교육원 개발협력부장의 기조연설, 남성욱 국가안보전략연구소장의 강연, 설용수 통일교육협의회 상임공동의장의 강연과 함께 회원단체 분임토의, 화합의 밤으로 진행되었다.

1박 2일의 짧은 워크숍은 서로 다른 통일교육 단체들이 서로의 의견을 나누고 교류하며, 다양한 통일교육 프로그램에 대한 아이디어를 공유 할 수 있는 유익한 시간이 되었다.

Unification Education Council Workshop

A Unification Education Council Workshop was held Nov. 3-4 at the Kensington Flora Hotel, Pyeongchang, Gangwondo. A total of 35 groups and 71 executives and members attended, and VP Hong Sung-soon and Mrs Moon Shin-ja attended from the WFWP HQ. The workshop was fully organized by the Development Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Unification's Education Center for Unification Chief Seol Dong-geun. His keynote speech was "The Direction of Unification Education," and there was a talk by the head of Institute for National Security Strategy, Nam Sung-uk, on "North Korea: Succession of Three Generations and Prospects for North-South Relations." A lecture was given also by the chairperson of the Unification Education Council, Seol Young-su, "Activity Direction of the Unification Education Council in Preparation for the Unification Era," followed by discussion on division of tasks, and an Evening Program for Harmony.
