1월 9일 세계평화여성연합 ‘천정궁 방문 신년하례회’가 전국 구도광역시 시`군`구 지부장 및 사위기대 380명이 참석한 가운데 천정궁 2층 채플실에서 열렸다

최영선 사무총장의 사회로 시작된 이날 행사는 총재님 입장, 박근령 고문과 왕계순 부회장이 예물 및 꽃다발 봉정, 홍성순 부회장의 보고기도, 문난영 회장의 환영인사 및 참석자소개, 양창식 협회장 인사,  총재님 말씀, 영상시청, 손숙희 지부장(광주전남), 이노우에 유까리(전남목포)지부장, 김금순 지부장(서울관악)의 활동보고, 화동회, 우다 에쯔꼬 부회장의 폐회기도 순으로 진행되었다

이날 참어머님께서는 “내 동생 내 딸들이 이 자리에 있어서 든든하다. 모두 함께 활동에 전력을 다하자”며 격려의 말씀을 주셨다.

또한 지역에서 펼치고 있는 다양한 활동 및 지부특성화사업 등 활동보고의 시간을 가졌으며, 화동회에선 한국간부워크숍 ‘힐링2 건강댄스 경연’에서 우승한 경기북부지부의 공연과 일본회원 중창, 한국회원들의 합창으로 축하의 시간을 가졌다.

WFWP New Year’s Ceremony in Cheon Jeong Gung

On January 9, the WFWP’s ‘New Year’s Ceremony in Cheon Jeong Gung’ was held in the second floor Chapel Hall of the Cheon Jeong Gung, attended by 380 branch leaders and chief secretaries of the cities, counties and districts from the regions, provinces, and metropolitan cities across Korea.

The event was emceed by Secretary-General Young Sun Choi, and was begun with the entrance of the Founder, followed by the presentation of gifts and flowers by Advisor Keun Ryung Park and Vice-President Gye Soon Wang, the prayer of Vice-President Seong Soon Hong, a welcoming address and introduction of the attendees by President Lan Young Moon, an address by Church President Chang Shik Yang, a speech given by the Founder, a video-clip showing, reports of activities given by Branch Leaders Sook Hee Son (Gwangju, South Jeolla Province), Yukari Inoue (Mokpo, South Jeolla Province), and Geum Soon Kim (Seoul Gwanak), tea time, and a closing prayer offered by Vice-President Etsuko Uda.

On this day, True Mother spoke words of encouragement, saying, “It heartens me to see my younger sisters and my daughters gathered here. Let us all devote ourselves to our work.”

In particular, there was a session to give reports on the various activities being carried out in local regions as well as the branches’ specialized projects, and during tea time the participants got a chance to celebrate together, with a performance given by a team from the North Gyeonggi Branch, who won the ‘Healing 2 Healthy Dance Competition’ at the Korean Executives’ Workshop, a song sung by Japanese members with a chorus from Korean members.
