4월 13일 전북 전주지부(지부장:라금만)는 지역 여성지도자들 200명이 함께 전북여성일자리센터에서 21C여성지도자포럼 및 도지부장 이`취임식을 가졌다.

이남희 부지부장(전북 도)의 사회로 개회된 포럼은 남궁순례 지부장(전주시)의 환영사, 김도영` 라금만 지부장(전북 도) 이`취임 및 공로패와 임명장 수여와 조금숙 지부장(전북 광복회)과 신명순 회장(여성단체협의회)의 축사, 스즈끼 기미에 회원의 축가, 문난영 회장의 주제강연 순으로 진행되었다.

문난영 회장은 라는 주제로 UN인권선언의 핵심과 여성의 힘이 국가 경쟁력이 되는 21C의 특징과 더불어 여성연합의 세계적인 활동을 소개 했다.

이에 지역 참석자들은 큰 감동을 받았고 회원들은 자긍심을 갖는 시간이 되었다.

The 21st C Women Leaders Forum in the Jeonju Branch, North Jeolla Province

On April 13, the Jeonju Branch (Branch Leader: Geum Man La) of North Jeolla Province hosted the 21st C Women Leaders Forum and the Farewell and Inauguration Ceremony of the Provincial Branch Leader at the Jeonbuk Women’s Work Center with 200 women leaders in attendance.

The Forum was opened by the MC, Deputy Branch Leader Nam Hee Lee (North Jeolla Province), which was followed by a welcoming address given by Branch Leader Soon Rye Namgung (Jeonju), the farewell and inauguration of Branch Leader Do Yeong Kim and Geum Man La (North Jeolla Province), a presentation of a plaque of appreciation and a certificate of appointment, congratulatory addresses by Branch Leader Geum Sook Cho (Gwangbokhwe of North Jeolla Province) and President Myeong Soon Choi (National Council of Women), congratulatory songs sung by WFWP member, Mrs. Kimie Suzuki, and a keynote address given by President Lan Young Moon.

Under the title “A World of Peace With Humanity As One Family,” President Lan Young Moon gave an introduction to the worldwide activities of the WFWP and an elucidation of the characteristics of the 21st century, in which practicing the essence of the declaration of human rights by the UN and the power of women are determining the competitive power of a nation.

The Forum deeply touched the hearts of the regional participants and the members.
