지난 7월24일 대전 대덕구지부의 동지부장 및 회원교육이 대덕구 통일회관에서 개최되었다.

대덕구의 12개동의 동지부장과 회원 44명이 참석한 교육에는 본 연합의 활동보고와 더불어 우리의 활동 방향성에 대하여 고민해보고 이야기를 나눠보는 시간이 되었다.

미사코 회원의 사회로 시작한 교육은 한계희 지부장(대덕구)과 유세호 교회장의 환영인사, 최영선 사무총장(본부)의 활동보고, 문난영 회장의라는 주제로 강연이 진행되었다.

문난영 회장은 전 세계 해외지부에서 진행되고 있는 국제 활동과 UN활동을 전달하면서 여성연합의 위상과 저력에 대하여 소개하였으며, “세계본부인 한국에서도 지역 활동에 적극 참여하여서 지역단체에서 그 저력을 발휘하는 여성연합을 기대한다. 또한 2013년을 향해 발전하는 회원들의 모습을 보여주자”며 독려하였다.

이후 직접 준비한 다과를 함께하며 소감을 나누며 교육일정을 마감되었다.

Daejeon Daedeok-gu Dong-branch managers and members education

Last July 24, Daejeon Daedeok-gu branch held a dong-branch manager and member's education at the Daedeok-gu Tongil Hall.

Participating were 44 members, and 12 dong-branch managers in Daedeok-gu gave reports about their activities. People also had time to share and think about WFWP's activity and direction.

Led by MC Misako, there was Welcoming Remarks by Han Gye-hee, Daedeok-gu branch manager and Yoo Seo-ho, church leader.

President Moon introduced WFWPI's status and potential through international activities and UN-related activities all over the world.

She said the WFWP Korea also needs to actively participate in regional activities, as one of the global national chapters of WFWPI, developing its potential, and inspired members to grow further toward the year 2013.

The education program closed with prepared refreshments while people shared their reflections.
